Notice of Public Hearing – Regarding proposed Sewer and Water Rate Increase

The Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) hereby announces a Public Hearing regarding the proposed sewer and water rate increase. The proposed increase for the average residential customer (10,000 gallons of water and 3,000 gallons of sewer per month) on water rates would be 8.5% and sewer rates would be 8%.
The proposed rate adjustments are necessitated by the following factors:
Ensuring adequate resources for both current and future operational needs.
Meeting demands for essential infrastructure improvements and maintenance.
Fulfilling obligations related to existing debt service.

Time: Not earlier than 6:00 pm and as soon thereafter as practicable
Location: IVGID Boardroom, 893 Southwood Blvd, Incline Village, Nevada
