Art Journaling for Adults
Art journaling is a fun and mindful way of engaging in self-care while tapping into your creative side, and you don't even need to know how to draw! In this class, instructor Alison Lee will guide participants in exploring a variety of mediums, such as watercolors, pen & ink, and mixed media collage. Participants will be using the platform of an art journal to practice these mediums and learn about ways to express themselves and develop their personal stories in an art journal format. All supplies are included in the registration fee.
