The Tahoe Institute for Natural Science (TINS) will be leading morning nature walks at the Incline Village Golf Courses this summer. Join TINS naturalist, Sarah Hockensmith, for a leisurely stroll to observe the numerous species of birds and plants that are found in Tahoe and learn about the Incline Village Golf Courses Audubon Certification. The 1/2 mile walk will take you around the golf course on the cart paths and surrounding areas. Meet outside the Golf Shop entrance (Championship Golf Course - 955 Fairway Blvd / Mountain Golf Course – 690 Wilson Way)

The walk is free (with a suggested donation to TINS) and binoculars are available to rent from TINS for $5 (cash). Please arrive by 7:50am to check in with Sarah outside the golf shop entrance. Register by clicking the link and filling out the form below.
TINS has a long-term goal of bringing a world-class interpretive nature center and educational facility to the Tahoe area. In the meantime, they engage in multiple science, education, and outreach programs to promote greater appreciation, understanding, and stewardship of the natural resources of the Tahoe region.
