Gol-Fit is a walking program at the Mountain Golf Course with incentives based on the number of miles walked. Gol-Fit promotes fitness because walking burns more calories and it’s more sustainable than driving a gas powered cart. 

Track your miles based on how many holes you play and earn prizes for each milestone reached. Prizes include driving range tokens, gift cards to The Grille and more. The golfer with the most miles at the end of the season wins a special grand prize!

2018 Mileage & Rewards: 

  • Front nine = 1.2 miles
  • Back nine= 1.3 miles
  • 18 holes = 2.5 miles
