Fresh off a mouth-watering season at Diamond Peak's Snowflake Lodge, Wild Bills BBQ will reopen this summer at the snack shack at the Mountain Course. Wild Bill's BBQ offers authentic slow-smoked barbecue specialties such as pulled pork and tri-tip sandwiches and St. Louis style spare ribs, with house-made sides and barbecue sauces to go with each item. Wild Bill's BBQ is open to the public for breakfast and lunch with a full bar and gorgeous mountain setting overlooking the 10th tee at the Mountain Course.
