Provides general admin. support, incl. in-person/phone inquiries, general admin. & special project assistance for the Sales & Events staff. Req: HS diploma (GED) & 2 yrs related admin/cust svc exp, incl working knowledge general office operations. Valid Driver’s License. Excellent org, admin, communication & cust svc skills. Good computer proficiency & accuracy (Microsoft Word, Excel & social media apps); handle multiple phones lines & projects; a composed & friendly presence; deal effectively/courteously with phone/in-person inquiries. Schedule incl. weekends/holidays, approx 30 hrs/week from April – October. Rate $12/hour
