Customer facing Help Desk Support and Endpoint Administration position. The IT Technician works both independently and collaboratively responding to support requests submitted via the Help Desk ticketing system, email, telephone, walk-ins, etc., and is responsible for the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Endpoints (desktop and laptop computers, tablets, smartphones, etc.) and related software. A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university and three years related experience in technical support or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, recordkeeping, and analytical skills, the ability to work independently and as a member of a team, and willingness and availability to fulfill on-call status during scheduled weekdays, weekends, or holidays.Must have a valid Driver’s License and the ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds.
