Formerly known as the Winter Sports Conditioning series, this class has now been added to the weekly fitness schedule on Sundays.  This class will focus on sports specific strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, agility and coordination. Each class will include a warmup, group drills, stretch, 10-station circuit, sports specific tips, and informational handouts. Sunday classes are family-friendly (9 years or older allowed when accompanied by an adult). Classes are held in the Rec Center Gymnasium.

Dates: Sundays in the Gymnasium (back half)
Time: 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Fee: Free for Recreation Center Members, $16, $12 w/IVGID Pass,  Seniors (55+) $13, $10 w/IVGID Pass.  Students/Youth 9-17 years old, $4.
