Maintaining posture and balance throughout the swing is key to hitting that drive longer and straighter. Some golfers have problems with their swing mechanics, a muscle imbalance or a basic misunderstanding of how to maintain posture. Ashley Wood demonstrates some exercises and drills you can practice on the range, on the course and at home to help maintain posture.
