IVGID Board to Host Town Hall Meeting on September 24
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. (September 18, 2024) – The Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) Board of Trustees will host a town hall-style meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024, from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Chateau at Incline Village (955 Fairway Blvd., Incline Village). Incline Village and Crystal Bay residents and community members are invited to submit questions and/or comments to the trustees on any topic in advance.
Recent topics of interest in the Incline Village and Crystal Bay communities include the status of IVGID’s major capital improvement projects such as the ongoing Effluent Export Pipeline and Effluent Storage Tank projects, the upcoming Incline Village Skate Park project, and the Incline Beach House project. In addition, the District recently received reports from the Financial Due Diligence Audit and the Food and Beverage Audit (the links to the reports are provided below). Staff and the board have been actively working to address the many issues identified. The District is currently seeking to fill both the District General Manager and Director of Finance positions. The board recently appointed Karen Crocker as the Interim General Manager.
These and any other topics of interest to residents are open for discussion at the IVGID Board of Trustees Town Hall meeting on Sept. 24. Questions submitted in advance will be given priority at the meeting; however, the board may take additional questions at the meeting if time allows.
How to submit a question/comment
Community members can email questions or comments to info@ivgid.org with “Town Hall Question” in the subject line. Alternately, community members can drop off written questions at the IVGID Administration building (893 Southwood Blvd., Incline Village). Questions must be received by 12 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 23 to be included in the town hall meeting.
