Prepare all food (saute, grill, salad and deli items) at "The Grille" (open 9am -7pm). Handle stock/inventory ; cleaning of work area & kitchen in general (i.e. dishes, pots/pans, glassware, etc.). Requires prior line cook experience. Rate: Up to $13/hr DOE Dates: May to late October
