Capital Investment Committee
Background of Committee:
In November of 2022, IVGID’s Board of Trustees began laying the groundwork for a Board-appointed Capital Investment Committee. In July of 2023, the Board finalized the scope for the Capital Investment Committee and directed staff to begin soliciting for potential at-large committee members. At the August 9, 2023 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board interviewed applicants and selected the following four large members for this committee:
