Incline Village Parks & Recreation offers a variety of programs, sports and camps to keep your kids active and involved in our community. Youth Programs

Preschool Playground (Fall – Spring)

Preschool Playground offers a warm/dry environment with a playhouse, bounce house, slides, balls, tunnels, self-movement vehicles, and more! View details on the Preschool Playground page.

Basketball Skills Clinic

 The Basketball Skills Clinic is led by Coach Nick Martinez and designed for athletes who are looking to build confidence and improve their overall basketball fundamentals in a fun, fast-paced environment. Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up and ball-handling progression to get players moving, followed by focused drills that develop control, coordination, and comfort with both hands. Youth Dance Programs

These engaging programs are led by Ms. Brittnee who has a BA in Dance Production and Stage Management, and Danielle Pearson who has taught children’s ballet & jazz classes of all levels for over 10 years in Lake Tahoe and San Francisco. There are multiple programs for all ages from 3 years old to 18 years old. View more information on the Youth Dance Programs page.

Tumblers/Gymnastics Programs (Spring)

Learn to Lift Workshop

This FREE 90-minute class introduces participants ages 12–18 to the basics of strength training while focusing on proper technique, confidence, and gym awareness. View more information on the Learn to Lift Workshop page.

2026 Registration Information for Youth Summer Camps

  • To qualify for the IVGID rates, all children registering must have their own active IVGID Recreation Pass
  • For children under 6 years old, the guardian with an active IVGID Recreation Pass can apply for an Under 6 Pass through the Recreation Center
  • Limited to four Parks & Rec camps, one Golf camp, and two swim lesson sessions per child.

April 24 & 25: In-Person IVGID Recreation Passholder Registration at the Chateau

  • Dates & Times:
    • April 24: 5pm – 8pm
    • April 25: 9am – 12pm
  • Where: The Chateau (955 Fairway Blvd)
  • Who: IVGID Recreation Passholders (All children registering must have their own active IVGID Recreation Pass)

April 26 – May 3: IVGID Recreation Passholders in-person and phone registration

  • Dates & Times: April 26 – May 3: 9:30am – 5pm daily
  • Where: Incline Village Recreation Center (980 Incline Way) or (775) 832-1310
  • Who: IVGID Recreation Passholders (All children registering must have their own active IVGID Recreation Pass)

Beginning May 4: Open Registration

  • Dates & Times: Beginning May 4: 9:30am – 5pm daily
  • Where: In-person at the Incline Village Recreation Center, over the phone at (775) 832-1310, and online at Register.YourTahoePlace.com.

Register for youth camps in-person at the Incline Village Recreation Center, over the phone at (775) 832-1310, and online at Register.YourTahoePlace.com. If you plan to register online, be sure you can access your WebTrac account and know your login information. Visit the Registration Page for instructions on how to create an online account.

Before registering, each participant must have an updated waiver on file (one person per waiver). Please email completed waivers. Waivers are also available at the Recreation Counter (980 Incline Way). 

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if canceled prior to June 1. Changes and/or cancellations made between June 1 and 14 days prior to the start of the session are only entitled to a 50% refund. No-shows, changes, and/or cancellations made within 14 days of the start of the session are non-refundable.

Summer Youth Swim Lessons (6 mo – 12 yrs)

Please check the detail page for sold-out sessions. Each swim lesson session includes four 30-minute classes held Monday-Thursday at the Burnt Cedar pool. View details

Mini Guard Camps (Ages: 5 – 8)

The Mini Lifeguard Camp is offered to residents of Incline Village (participants must have beach access). This program is an introduction to aquatic safety through discovery and play, both in and out of the water. View details

Recreation Summer Camps (Ages 5 – 10)

Participants will swim, play sports and games, all while exploring our amazing outdoor spaces. View details

Beach Summer Camps (Ages: 5 – 10)

Campers will explore the shoreline, swim in the outdoor pool, play sports and group games, create art, and climb and swing at the playground — all while enjoying the best parts of summer. View details

Village Skate School Camps (Ages: 5 – 12)

Incline Village Parks & Rec is excited to resume our very popular Youth Skateboarding Camps with The Village Skate School. We have several amazing skateboarding sessions for skaters of all abilities this summer. Led by Cedar and Clayton, whether you want to learn how to skate or improve your skills, these camps are for you! View details

USTA Quick Start Youth Tennis Camps (Ages: 6 – 12)

Weekly tennis camps focus on stroke production, techniques, match play, and tennis rules through specialized activities and drills. View details

Friday Youth Pickleball Clinics (Ages: 6 – 12)

Learn pickleball rules and develop technical skills through specialized activities, games and drills with a high emphasis on fun! View details

TK Summer Basketball Camps (Ages: 6 – 15)

Boys and girls of all abilities are invited to have a great week of fundamentals, skills, and games. Led by Incline High School head coach and former Division 1 college assistant basketball coach Tim Kelly, these camps are a town tradition. Every player receives a basketball and t-shirt! Beach Volleyball Camps (Ages 6 – 14)

Bump, set, and spike your way through summer at the New Youth Volleyball Camp, coached by Robert Power! This camp is perfect for young athletes looking to learn and improve their beach volleyball skills in a fun and supportive environment. View details

Summer Paddleboard Camps (Ages: 8 – 14)

The Summer Paddleboard Camp is offered to residents of Incline Village (participants must have beach access). Participants will engage in land and water-based games and exercises that increase SUP skills/knowledge and overall fitness level. Participants must be able to swim! View details

Junior Lifeguard Camps (Ages: 9 – 14)

The Jr. Lifeguard Camp is offered to residents of Incline Village (participants must have beach access). This program provides beach safety, swimming, and paddling instruction and encourages teamwork, safety, and leadership. View details

Youth Summer Rowing Camps (Ages: 13 – 17)

Learn to row with Tahoe Crew! Students will learn both styles of rowing (sweep and scull) and have the opportunity to race against one another. This program is offered to residents of Incline Village (participants must have beach access). View details
