Background & Goals of Committee

The IVGID Golf Advisory Committee was formed in September 2023 to help evaluate golf course operations. The committee’s objectives include:

  • Discussion and review of operational service levels and financial sustainability at the golf courses.
  • Formulation of community-focused recommendations in alignment with Board policies.
  • Identification and evaluation of necessary capital investments at the golf courses.
  • Identification of any related District policy revisions that are needed.
  • Formulate recommendations for the Board’s consideration related to all of the above.
