Program Registration

Phone in & Walk in Class/Program Registration

Registration is easy, stop by the Parks & Recreation Department Counter or you may phone in your registration by charging the fee to your Visa, American Express or MasterCard. Some programs are also available for online registration. Please note that you must fill out all applicable waivers, releases and program registration forms (see below) for each participant. Follow the instructions on the form for submittal.

For those who have already set up an online account, use the button below to register for select Parks & Recreation and Tennis & Pickleball programs, clinics, special events and camps online, or book tee times at the Incline Village Golf Courses.

How to Create Your Online Account

Waiver

Prior to registering, each participant must have an updated waiver on file (one person per waiver). Follow the instructions on the form for submittal. Waivers are also available at the Recreation Counter (980 Incline Way).

OPTION A. Use the primary household member’s email address on file.

This email address will be both the username and password on the first login. Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your username and password. The new password must be a minimum of 8 characters in length, contain a minimum of 1 numeric character, and a minimum of 1 special character.

OR

OPTION B. Use your household ID number.

If no email address is on file for the primary member of your household, you will need to use the household ID number. Obtain this number from Parks & Recreation by calling or visiting the Recreation Center, 980 Incline Way. The household ID number will be the username and password for the first login. Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your username and password. The new password must be a minimum of 8 characters in length, contain a minimum of 1 numeric character, and a minimum of 1 special character.

Once this process has been completed, your account has been created and you should be able to proceed with online registration.
