Schedule an Appointment
Open each Tuesday from May 26, 2026, to September 8, 2026. No open hours, drop-ins, or same-day appointments.
Appointments are required and may be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
Arrival & Directions
- Location IVGID Public Works: 1220 Sweetwater Road, Incline Village, Nevada
- Turn into the driveway labeled “Public Works Facility” on the left above the Waste Management Transfer Station / Yard. Follow signs for “Waste Not” to the top of the upper parking area.
- Turn off the engine after you park.
- Present your identification (valid IVGID Recreation Pass or driver’s license with Incline Village or Crystal Bay address listed)
Program Rules
- Proof of residency in Incline Village or Crystal Bay, Nevada is required.
- Bags of unorganized, leaky, and unlabeled items will be refused.
- Gasoline of any type must be dropped off in a Department of Transportation (DOT) – Approved container.
- The program is for Household Waste only, Waste from businesses will be refused.
- The program is limited to 50lbs of Hazardous waste per appointment
Restrictions
- No TVS or CRT monitors
- No motor oil or antifreeze
- No large household appliances
- No automotive batteries
