Req: Physical stamina to regularly lift/move 50 - 100 lbs. HS diploma (GED); excellent organization & customer service skills. Prior janitorial/maintenance exp. & good communication skills. Valid DL & knowledge of a variety of hand/power tools. Work min. 15-20 hrs/week incl. weekends/holidays. Rate: Starts $13.00/hr DOE
