The Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) is in the final stages of preparation to launch the District's new website - the online home for all of IVGID's venues, services, departments and documents, plus tools for interacting with the Board of Trustees and submitting public records requests.

IVGID's new website will bring a fresh design and layout to all of the Distric's online presence, with enhanced accessibility, increased security and mobile-friendly design and functionality.

Regular visitors to the current website will likely notice some changes in the menu structure and page order, with information consolidated when possible and new user-friendly design components incorporated to help make content more accessible. Enhanced search functionality will also be deployed with the new website, including the ability to search within PDF documents that have been uploaded to the website - a frequently-requested feature enhancement.

Each of the publicly-accessible venues that IVGID manages – from the Incline Village Golf Courses to the Tennis & Pickleball Center and beyond – has a dedicated section of the new website containing everything residents and visitors need to know to enjoy the recreational opportunities the District provides.

New CivicPlus portal for public meeting agendas and minutes

The new website also includes a home for IVGID’s new meetings and agendas portal provided by CivicPlus. The new portal (which is currently accessible by clicking here) serves as a one-stop shop for all things IVGID public meeting-related, with digital agendas, meeting materials, meeting minutes, and live streaming video links – all of it housed in a secure portal that will make these materials more accessible across all devices and easily searchable.

New features enabled in the CivicPlus portal include the ability for community members to subscribe to receive email notifications about the public meetings IVGID holds – whether they are interested in Board of Trustees meetings or board-appointed committee meetings on specific topics. In addition, the new portal includes links directly into the video recordings of the meetings, organized by item/topic, so community members can review exactly what was discussed and decided, and how Trustees voted on an item.

Schedule for launch

The new website is scheduled to launch in the coming weeks, and users will not need to do anything in preparation of the change. For questions or more information about the new website, please email
