How to get back into the swing of your golf game

Spring is in full swing and golf season is right around the corner! The Incline Village Golf Courses are projected to open mid to late may, weather and conditions permitting, so get ready for the season and start working on your swing. If you haven’t been keeping up on your stretching, now is the time to start. Tension is the enemy when it comes to your golf swing. Start with a few minutes of light cardio to warm up your muscles then spend a few minutes stretching each of these key areas: neck, shoulders and sides.
