What is the Incline Beach House Project?
The Incline Beach House Project has a history dating back to 2016 and has undergone multiple planning iterations since its inception. As one of the largest capital improvement projects at the Incline Village beaches in many years, the Incline Beach House Project (project # 3973LI1302) will involve the tear down and rebuilding of the Incline Beach restrooms and food service building.
Where is the project at in the planning/design/construction process?
As of June 24, 2025: The Design-Build Team at CORE Construction has submitted Design Development Drawings (linked below) and will now proceed with Construction Drawings, which are scheduled for submission at the end of August.

On January 29, 2025: IVGID’s Public Works staff presented a comprehensive overview of the history of the Incline Beach House Project to the IVGID Board of Trustees. Click here to download the memo (PDF).
In January 2022: The IVGID Board of Trustees identified the Incline Beach House Project in the Community Services Master Plan as a “priority project” and “top tier recommendation.”
