Championship Golf Course Cart Path Replacement Project
We are committed to maintaining the high quality of the Incline Village Championship Golf Course. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all golfers, we are undertaking a multi-season project to replace the aging cart paths, much of which has been in service for 20 to 40 years. This project involves replacing existing asphalt cart paths and updating the underlying structural pavement.
Project Schedule and Course Availability
Work is scheduled to begin on September 8, 2026. Green fees will be discounted during this project to reflect the modified operations. Please call the golf shop to inquire about rates. Pricing is subject to change based on the number of holes available for play.
An estimated schedule is provided below; however, dates and durations may change if weather or unknown ground/rock conditions cause delays. Please be aware of the following adjustments to course availability during construction:
9/8- Through end of season: Holes 4, 5, and 6 of the Championship Golf Course will be closed for pavement replacement until further notice. A pilot cart will escort golfers from hole 3 to hole 7.
September 8 – September 30, 2026:
- The Championship Course will remain open with 15 holes available for play.
- Rates discounted to reflect 15 holes.
- Holes 4, 5, and 6 will be closed for construction.
Approximately October 1 – October 18, 2026:
- The Championship Course will remain open with 14 holes available for play.
- Rates discounted to reflect 14 holes.
- Holes 13, 14, 15, and 16 will be closed for construction.
