Mainly work in an outdoor environment assisting customers with extra help incl. equipment, directions & answering general questions as they enter the Ski Resort in a friendly, courteous & professional manner. Directions incl. Preferred Parking, Tickets, CSC, Private Lessons, Rentals, Food & Beverage. Provide optimal level of customer services resolving issues and providing accurate information on products/promotions. Req: HS diploma (GED) & 3 mo. related customer service; accurate cash handling skills; valid Driver's License & able to lift/move up to 25 lbs. Ability to ski/board a plus. Schedule includes weekends & holidays. Rate: DOE.
