The Grille at the Chateau
The Grille at the Chateau, located on the Championship Golf Course in Incline Village, Nevada (map) - is open to the public and offers a beautiful view of the 18th green, mountains, trees and Lake Tahoe from the dining room and our outdoor seating area. The Grille serves quality, fresh, wholesome ingredients with thoughtful service during the golf season (mid-May through mid-October). The 2021 Grille menus include new lunch entrees and old favorites. Whether you are playing a round at the Championship Course or just looking for a great meal, please come see what's new this summer.

Hours of operation update:
Effective immediately the Grille will be open Tuesdays – Saturdays, 11:00 am – 7pm. The Upper Snack Bar window will be open daily 8:00am – 5:00pm for golfers or walkers. The Lower Snack Bar is now closed for the season. Unfortunately, due to limited staffing levels we are unable to provide our regular hours of operation, as well as keeping up with the high quality of food service. Thank you for your understanding and let’s hope for better days ahead.
Limited Offerings for Happy Hour Tuesday - Saturday
Due to extreme staffing shortages, The Grille will offer a simplified food menu for dine in or takeout during happy hour (4pm-7pm), until further notice. Lunch service will continue to operate as usual with the full menu from 11am-4pm. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank our customers for their continued support and understanding.
Reservations Strongly Recommended for Lunch
Please make reservations in advance online via Yelp Reservations for lunch. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance and we are currently booking up to 60 days out. If you don't get a table, order food at the bar for takeout and have a tailgate or picnic around town!

Offering small plates, sandwiches, and an unbeatable selection of fresh salads, the 2021 lunch menu features favorites including the Ahi Poketini, Classic Cheseburger and the Sunset Salad along with new items including Pan Seared Seabass, Grilled Veggie Napoleon, and Steak & Frites. We’re sure everyone will find something that will quickly become their favorite like the NY Style Reuben, Fish Tacos or one of the other tasty plates. Select items are labeled as gluten free and we also have gluten free buns available for any sandwich upon request. A kid's menu is also available for children ages 12 and under.
Happy Hour: 4pm - 7pm (walk-ins only) Tuesday - Saturday
Sit inside or on the deck to enjoy the views, snacks and drinks at The Grille's extended happy hour. The happy hour menu features a $7 craft cocktail of the day, $6 daily draft or house wine, $5 canned beer and a simplified menu with snacks and rotating offerings.

Grille Takeout rules & procedures
- Takeout orders should be placed online. Grille staff will take phone orders on a limited basis.
- When food is ready, park in designated takeout parking spot in the Chateau parking lot.
- Follow the instructions on the curbside takeout sign.
- Call 775-832-1178 to let us know you have arrived.
- Masks or face coverings are recommended.
- Grille staff will deliver food to your car.
Grille Dine-in rules & procedures
- Online reservations are recommended.
- Dining capacity will be limited to Washoe County's current regulations.
- Table size will be limited to Washoe County's current regulations.
- Masks or face coverings are required when indoors (except while actively eating or drinking).
- Tables are sanitized between parties.

Animals at The Grille (Dog Policy)
We love pets…However, only service animals that are specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are allowed in IVGID-managed food service areas, including the decks, per Washoe County Health District regulations.
