The General Manager’s Committee on a Dog Park was formed in July of 2022 by members appointed to the committee by the IVGID GM. This committee’s goals include the development of recommendations for a permanent dedicated community dog park to be presented to the IVGID Board of Trustees. As part of that process, they have been tasked with:
Historical review
Site visits and analysis of potential dog park sites
Community engagement to solicit feedback on the project
Development of design and operational concepts (including high-level budgetary assumptions)
