Year-Round Full Time Employee Benefits

-Employer paid group medical, dental, vision, life; short-term and long-term disability insurance for employee and percentage paid for dependents

-Paid time off that includes 11 holidays, accrual of sick and vacation leave

-The District contributes 13.3% of an employee’s salary into a Pension fund after 6 months of employment and matches 100% of an employee’s contribution, up to 4% of annual earnings, in a 457 Deferred Compensation program

What to Expect

Most search engines will bring up good listings of available accommodation in this area under "rentals", "North Lake Tahoe" and "Incline Village." Expect to pay around $800+ for a room in a shared rental. It is common to have to pay the first month's rent and a security deposit upon signing a rental agreement.
