The Incline Village General Improvement District Strategic Plan provides direction and a planned pursuit of the mission, vision, values, long range principles, objectives and actions of the District.
Strategic planning is a systematic approach to defining longer-term principles and identifying the means to achieve them. It provides the District with the ability to channel resources in a direction that yields the greatest benefit to parcel owners and customers.
The District is currently in the process of updating its Strategic Plan for the future. Please keep an eye out for updates chances to engage at future Board of Trustees meetings and community events.
