The Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) hereby announces a Public Hearing regarding the proposed sewer and water rate increase.

The proposed rate adjustments are necessitated by the following factors:

• Ensuring adequate resources for both current and future operational needs.
• Meeting demands for essential infrastructure improvements and maintenance.
• Fulfilling obligations related to existing debt service.
