Get Golf Ready 2023: Level 1 & 2 lesson chipping

Meet other players with similar playing levels while learning the fundamentals of golf in a fun and unintimidating environment. 

Level 1: Are you new to golf or returning after many years? Get Golf Ready is a series designed to teach everything you'll need to play golf in four consecutive days of lessons. Each session will focus on essential golf skills. Topics covered include putting, chipping, short iron shots, long irons, hybrids, fairway woods, driving, course etiquette, and rules.

  • ​Session 1 (Registration opens May 1): May 30-June 2
  • Session 2 (Registration opens May 1: June 13-June 16
  • Session 3 (Registration opens June 1): July 11-July 14
  • Session 4 (Registration opens June 1): August 1-4

Level 2: This clinic series is designed for Get Golf Ready 1 graduates or golfers who have played 2 or more years. Each session will focus on essential golf skills in a group setting.

  • Session 1 (Registration opens May 1): June 20-23
  • Session 2 (Registration opens July 15): August 29-September 1

Cost: $225 per 4-day session, includes club rentals upon request. Maximum of 12 golfers per session. 

Day/Time: Tuesday - Friday, 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. 

Where to meet: Check in for the first day of the Get Golf Ready clinics at the Golf Shop at the Incline Village Championship Golf Course (955 Fairway Blvd., Incline Village) at least 15 minutes before the clinic start time. If you need rental clubs, please call ahead to request them at 775-832-1146. The final day of the clinic will take place on the course at the Mountain Golf Course (690 Wilson Way).

Each participant must have a completed Incline Village Golf Courses waiver on file for the current season to participate in golf programs and clinics. Please email completed waivers to, drop off at the golf shop or bring to the first day of the program. Waivers are also available at the golf shops.
