What is the Championship Golf Course Cart Path & Parking Lot Project?

Much of the pavement comprising the cart paths and parking lots at the Incline Village Championship Golf Course is between 20 – 40 years old and needs replacement. This project will not realign any of the current cart paths, simply replace the existing pavement to bring the course conditions up to the standards expected by our golfers and community.

Where is the project at in the planning/design/construction process?

As of July 2025: The IVGID Engineering team is finalizing the scope of the project and potential timelines for construction with input from the IVGID Board of Trustees, the IVGID golf team and the golfing community.
