Program Registration
Before registering, each participant must have an updated waiver on file. Waivers are now valid for five years. Follow the instructions on the form for submittal. Waivers are also available at the Recreation Counter (980 Incline Way).
Online Class/Program Registration & Golf Tee Times
For those who have already set up an online account, use the button below to register for select Parks & Recreation and Tennis & Pickleball programs, clinics, special events and camps online, or book tee times at the Incline Village Golf Courses.
How to Create Your Online Account
Please contact the Parks & Recreation Counter at 775-832-1310 if you need assistance with setting up your online account.
OPTION A: Use the primary household member’s email address on file
This email address will be both the username and password on the first login. Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your username and password. The new password must be a minimum of 8 characters in length, contain a minimum of 1 numeric character, and a minimum of 1 special character.
OPTION B: Use your household ID number
If no email address is on file for the primary member of your household, you will need to use the household ID number. Obtain this number from Parks & Recreation by calling or visiting the Recreation Center, 980 Incline Way. The household ID number will be the username and password for the first login. Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your username and password. The new password must be a minimum of 8 characters in length, contain a minimum of 1 numeric character, and a minimum of 1 special character.
Once this process has been completed, your account has been created and you should be able to proceed with online registration.

In-Person and Phone Class/Program Registration
If you are unable to register online or your program is not available for online registration, please stop by the Parks & Recreation Department Counter at the Incline Village Recreation Center (980 Incline Way) or call us at 775-832-1310.
Verify Your Email Address Annually
There is a new requirement for email addresses to be verified annually in our system. Please search your email for the “Incline Village GID – Account update verification” email, open it, click the “Verify Email” button, and follow the instructions on the screen to verify your email address. Only program participants with verified emails can receive important information about programs and passes.
If you are an IVGID Pass holder or program participant and do not see this email in your inbox, please log in to your Webtrac account to verify your email address at Register.YourTahoePlace.com.
