Lobby & Lounge
Relax, check your personal email, or meet up with a friend in the Recreation Center lobby. Enjoy comfortable seating and internet access. But please remember the Recreation Center lobby is not an office, meeting space, or co-working space.
Snack Bar & Pro Shop
Need a quick energy boost? How about a new swimsuit? The Snack Bar and Pro Shop, located in the lobby of the Recreation Center, are open during normal operating hours. Merchandise includes yoga mats, seasonal clothing, headphones, swimwear, swim goggles, and accessories. The snack bar offers healthy snacks such as nuts, sports drinks, bottled water, and juices.
Cardiovascular Room
We offer 30 industry-recognized cardiovascular machines including LifeFitness Powermill, ellipticals, and upright bikes; Matrix Climbmill, cross-trainers, and treadmills; Precor elliptical cross-trainers, treadmills, and recumbent bikes; Cybex Arc Trainers; SciFit upper body ergometer and recumbent elliptical; and a Versaclimber and Concept II Rower. Most of the cardiovascular machines have personal televisions or are connected to the Broadcast Vision Group Cardio Theater System.
Gymnasium
The gymnasium at the Recreation Center offers a full-size basketball court used for drop-in play, indoor pickleball play (in the wintertime), as well as many of our youth programs and space for personal workouts. The gymnasium can be divided into two spaces with a curtain, providing flexible options for special events and more.
Includes a mixture of 12 individual Matrix circuit machines, a LifeFitness Dual Pulley System, LifeFitness SYNRGY360 system with multiple strength stations, a Free Motion Squat Machine, dumbbells up to 100 pounds, several fixed barbells, and four flat bench stations. Fitness equipment is maintained and serviced regularly.
Fitness Attendants
Fitness staff is available to answer simple strength and cardio equipment-related questions at no charge Monday-Sunday.
Group & Aqua Fitness Classes
Group and Aqua Fitness Classes including Cardio Cycle, Yoga, HIIT, Zumba, Cardio/Strength, Strength Conditioning, Sports Conditioning, Flexibility/Core/Balance, TRX Body Blast, 55+ Fitness; Combo Aqua Fitness, H20 Basic, and Liquid Cardio. Indoor Pool & Sauna

Personal Training, Nutrition & Stress Counseling
Personal training is provided by certified, trained professionals who will evaluate your individual fitness needs, design a plan of action, and motivate you to reach your goals. See the Personal Training page for more information.

Fees
The Incline Village Recreation Center is open to the public and offers a variety of different membership options as well as daily and weekly passes, with discounts available to IVGID Recreation Pass holders, couples, families, seniors, and students.
To cancel a membership you must come into the Recreation Center and fill out a cancelation form by the 21st day of the month prior to the month you wish to cancel. Forms will not be mailed or faxed. Call the Front Desk at (775) 832-1310 for more information.
New Member Orientation
If you are a new member to the Incline Village Recreation Center, you may sign up for a complimentary “get acquainted” orientation. New members will receive a facility tour, an overview of the fitness/weight room, and some helpful program and class information. Call (775) 832-1310 to make an appointment.
