🎃 2025 Trail of Treats…..A Community Halloween Celebration 🎃

An event to provide a safe Halloween experience to the Incline Village/Crystal Bay community. Travel through the haunted forest, snap a family photo, and enjoy some spooky fun!

Join us for food, drinks, fun, and plenty of Halloween spirit! Don’t forget to wear your BEST costume 👻

Parking & Event Access

Available Parking: Incline Village Recreation Center, Tennis Center, Donald W. Reynolds Parasol Building, and Incline Middle School.
Event Crossing: Please do not walk on Incline Way. Use the designated pathways leading to the CERT-safe road crossing, located parallel to the back drive of the Recreation Center (closed to cars during the event).
ADA Parking: Aspen Grove lot.
Closed Lots: The overflow lot will be used for event staging and emergency vehicles only.

What to Bring

Waterproof boots (snow, rain, or hiking boots recommended)
Proof of residency (IVGID Picture Pass, Recreation Punch Card, valid ID with IV/CB address, lease, or utility bill)
EventBrite code
Treat bag

How it works:

Reserve only one ticket for your entire group.
On the second screen, enter the number of kids and adults in your group.
Every attendee must bring proof of residency.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Since 2001, this spooktacular Incline Village tradition has brought our community together for a safe, fun, and FREE Halloween celebration. But it only happens with YOUR support!

💰 Donate: Incline Tahoe Foundation (ITF) is collecting donations to cover candy, safety lights, and permitting fees. Every dollar helps keep the magic (and the spooky!) alive.
🤝 Volunteer: We need helping hands to plan, set up scenes, recruit teams, support safety, and more. Whether it’s food trucks, music, or lending a hand at the event — there’s a role for you!👉 Interested in volunteering
