July 5 Community Cleanup

This cleanup is a joint effort between Incline Fireworks, IVGID Parks & Rec, IVGID Waste Not, Clean Up the Lake, EcoClean Solutions, and The League to Save Lake Tahoe’s Tahoe Blue Crew program. Cleanup efforts will focus on beach areas, Aspen Grove, Lakeshore Blvd., and all areas affected by the Fourth of July celebration.

Larger focus on Lakeshore Blvd, Burnt Cedar Beach, Village Green, and IVGID Recreation areas.

NO CLEANUP ON SKI BEACH OR INCLINE BEACH

July 5th Community Cleanup 2025

7/4 Updated

  • Saturday, July 5, 2025 – 6:30 am-11:30 am
  • Check-in no later than 8 am at Aspen Grove (960 Lakeshore Blvd)
  • At check-in, participation waivers must be completed
  • An adult must accompany all children
  • Pickup tools, bags, safety vests, disposable masks, and gloves will be available.
  • Please wear sturdy shoes, work clothes, a long-sleeved shirt, a wide-brim hat, and work gloves.
  • Site assignments will be given to volunteers
  • Help us spread the word!

“If you discover any fireworks debris or unexploded materials around Lake Tahoe, do not touch it. Please report it to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Non-Emergency Dispatch at 775-785-WCSO (9276) for disposal.”

Ultimately, we must respect the decisions of local authorities and comply with their closures and requests. Per WCSO, during the cleanup tomorrow.
