Incline Court Water Main Replacement Project

Project Background:

The Water Main Replacement – Incline Ct. (Project) is a FY 2025/26 Capital Improvement Project and is a continuation of the multi-year program to replace 1960s-era thin-walled steel water mains. The Project consists of the installation of approximately 851 linear feet (LF) of new water main and appurtenances within the Incline Ct. and Incline Way right-of-way. The existing steel water main has experienced multiple leaks in recent years, requiring IVGID Public Works Staff to perform emergency repairs.

Project Progress:

• The Incline Ct. Water Main Replacement (Project) was bid and awarded to F.W. Carson Construction at the February 25, 2026, Board Meeting. Link to Board Memo.

Construction is expected to occur during the 2026 construction season.
