IVGID sends parcel owners email about employee beach access

On Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025, IVGID sent an email to eligible IVGID parcel owners regarding the topic of potentially sponsoring IVGID employee beach access, per the IVGID Board of Trustees’ directive. The email was sent via our Constant Contact email platform. The specific details of the proposed program are contained in the PDF document attached to that email.

For parcel owners who did not have a valid email address in our database, a physical letter was mailed out on the same date and should be arriving during the week of Aug. 11 to the mailing address on file for parcel owners.

Emails were sent out to the primary email address on file, so other parcel owners attached to the same parcel may not receive the email. In addition, we have heard from many residents that these emails are getting classified into spam/junk/promotions folders by recipients’ email platforms, so please check there if you haven’t received the email directly.

A follow-up email will be sent during the week of Aug. 11 to parcel holders who did not open the original email.

Further, for emails that bounced, individual letters will be mailed by the end of this week.

Inquiries: If you feel like you should have received the email correspondence, please wait until at least Aug. 15 to see if you receive the physical letter sent or follow-up email, and if you still have not received either, fill out the form below and an IVGID staff member will follow up with you.
