Winter Programs

Winter Youth Basketball

Youth skills training for Grades 4-8. This program provides a fun and affordable opportunity for youth to get quality basketball instruction and valuable gym time during the off season. This program will enhance the player’s existing basketball skills as well as help to develop new skills!

Invasion Soccer Club's Indoor Youth Program

Come kick it in our youth indoor soccer program with Coach Peter Salazar. Play short-sided games at the recreation center, and hone ball handling skills.

Girls Gymnastics

Led by long time coach, Sharla Baker, our Tahoe Twisters have a blast learning the basics of gymnastics while pushing themselves to get better  in a fun atmosphere. 

Youth Indoor Pickleball with Dominic Morelli

Get an early start into the fastest growing game in the country! This program will teach the basics as well as strategy of pickleball. 

High School Volleyball with Coach Tony Graeber

This program covers individual skills such as passing, setting, blocking and attacking. Offensive and defensive formation and team strategies will also be taught.

Tahoe Tiny Timbers Gym Time ♦

Tahoe Tiny Timbers Gym Time is designed to give babies and young children (ages 0-5) an opportunity to socialize and use their gross motor skills. This is an open gym designed for parents and/or caregivers to play with their children in a stimulating environment. 

Youth Dance Classes♦

Throughout the year, Parks and Recreation offers children’s dance programs at the Rec Center on Friday afternoons. At the end of each session, a dance recital is held featuring the performance pieces dancers learned.

Youth Indoor Soccer League♦

Continue playing the "world's game" even after the outdoor season ends. Coach Peter Salazar will keep your ball handling skills sharp in this great indoor program. 

Teen Indoor Soccer League♦

Grades 8th – 12th. This fast paced indoor soccer league is for upper middle school and high school players. Push your skills to prepare for the upcoming club spring season. This 5 vs. 5 league will help players compete and get into playing shape for the spring outdoor season.

Youth Volleyball Clinics♦

Prepare for the upcoming volleyball season. This clinic consists of  1-hour sessions open to boys and girls. The clinics cover individual skills such as passing, setting, blocking and attacking. Offensive and defensive formation and team strategies are also taught.

The Bunny Trail Community Egg Hunt
