Tai Chi Chuan l Chi Gung Training with Dave Norehad

Dave Norehad has studied and taught Tai Chi for over 12 years under the guidance of Master Willie Lim of Classical Dimensions, based in Arizona. Dave’s Tai Chi Chuan l Chi Gung Training will focus on the Yang style short form, developed and introduced to the western world by Master Cheng Man Ching over 50 years ago. Dave is a third generation student/trainer in the lineage of Master Cheng and is also an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Fitness Instructor. Adult Ballet - Ongoing! 

Challenge your mind and stretch your body under the guidance of ballet instructor Danielle Pearson!  This ongoing lunch-time class will include fundamental ballet technique for the beginning dancer. The class will also incorporate free flowing movement to make it an exciting dancing experience while you improve your posture and balance!  No prior ballet training necessary!  Ballet flats required, comfortable clothing suggested.

Days/Time: Mondays, 12:15 - 1:30pm
Fees:  (This program is ongoing.  Choose between purchasing an 11 for 10 class punch pass, or daily drop-in!)

Thursdays – 8:30 am. to 11:30 am

Saturdays – 8:30 am to 10:30 am

Sundays – 10:30 am to 12:30 pm

Pickleball is a fun sport for all ages. This popular activity is played on a modified tennis court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic ball (similar to a whiffle ball) and composite or wooden paddle. It is easy for beginners to learn, and can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
