Moonlight Hikes & Social (May-Oct)

One-mile, paved road hikes to the Crystal Bay lookout site that usually include a spectacular sunset and ensuing moonrise. Adult Ballroom Dancing

Join instructor Judy Lee for this enjoyable class open to adult dancers ages 18+. Dancing is uplifting and fun, burns fat, improves muscle tone, flexibility and endurance. Tai Chi Chuan l Chi Gung Training with Dave Norehad

Dave’s Tai Chi Chuan l Chi Gung Training will focus on the Yang style short form, developed and introduced to the western world by Master Cheng Man Ching over 50 years ago. View summer program details here.
